{"id":4816,"date":"2019-04-06T21:53:26","date_gmt":"2019-04-06T21:53:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/connaughtclub.ticketu.co.uk\/index.php\/snowdon19\/"},"modified":"2021-01-06T11:11:46","modified_gmt":"2021-01-06T11:11:46","slug":"snowdon19","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/connaughtclub.org\/index.php\/snowdon19\/","title":{"rendered":"Maytree Mountain Challenge"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.connaughtclub.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/Screenshot-2019-08-07-at-21.54.50-1024x341.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4936\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Last year, we walked three days from deepest darkest Surrey to central London.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>This year, we&#8217;re climbing a mountain, and we&#8217;re doing it for Charity!<\/p>\n<p>On the weekend of Saturday 14th September, we will make our way to the beautiful Snowdonia National Park, to scale Wales&#8217; highest peak, Mount Snowdon &#8211; and we would love you to join us.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2><strong>STUFF TO KNOW<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The hike will take place from Saturday 14th to Monday 16th September and you will need to be available all 3 days.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Most equipment will be provided, however, you will need to look after your own personal gear i.e. clothing, hiking boots, etc.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>You need to be confident in your ability to climb the mountain.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you think you&#8217;d like to join us and help us raise bags of cash for Maytree, Sanctuary for the Suicidal, complete the form below and we&#8217;ll be in touch soon!<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2><strong>BRIEF ITINERARY<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Depart Saturday AM, make camp, training &amp; familiarisation, Pub.<\/li>\n<li>Sunday; mount Snowdon. Photographs, celebrations, descend. Pub.<\/li>\n<li>Monday; return to Londiniumshire in the afternoon.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>Tents, food etc. will be provided (except for any pub meals etc.).<\/div>\n<p>Not sure this challenge is for you?
