Christmas Dinner 2023 – 1st December

The Committee are delighted to announce the details of the 2023 Connaught Club Christmas Dinner! The highlight of our social calendar, the Christmas Dinner is famous (or perhaps infamous…) throughout the London Masonic world, and this year we are certain won’t disappoint.

Taking place on Friday 1st December, a spectacular evening awaits us in the salubrious surrounds of the In & Out Club’s King Harald V room, where our Membership Secretary is kindly hosting us. The evening will commence with a dangerously involved sparkling wine reception, followed by a sumptuous three-course Christmas dinner accompanied by wine, and of course, after-dinner port!

As always, the event will be black tie, but those feeling brave should wear their ugliest bow tie and compete in the Mitchell Merrick-Thirlway Memorial Prize. Dinner will be accompanied by our Christmas Quiz and followed by some entertaining speeches, our infamous raffle, and of course, Christmas Carols!

We have really worked hard to ensure value for money with this event, and understand that rising costs of living are difficult for many members. We are therefore pleased to offer a monthly payment plan for tickets, details of which are on the MemberMojo shop.

As any present or past member of the Club will undoubtedly tell you, this is an event not to be missed, so make sure to book in early to secure your place – they always sell out fast!
