Event Details

Join us at 7pm on Tuesday 16th April in Freemasons’ Hall for the second Connaught Club Fireside Chat, which is open to Entered Apprentices and above. The Q&A session with discussions will last around 90 minutes, after which we will retire to the bar. Tickets include one pint of beer, glass of wine, or a soft drink, with the remainder being donated to charity.

Recently initiated and not quite sure what to expect? Not confident with your signs? Don’t know what ‘workings’ are?

Our second fireside chat hosted by W. Bro. Jake Mossom, our Secretary, aims to cover these points and many more in a friendly and encouraging environment. Jake is a Past Metropolitan Grand Steward, Secretary of the Emulation Lodge of Improvement, and general Masonic nerd who is happy to field any questions you might have!

We all know how intimidating it can be to walk into a lodge late, after installation, or in a different working and not quite know what to do. This talk seeks to clear up any confusion you may have, and set you on a path to Masonic confidence.

Our inaugural chat for Master Masons was extremely useful, so don’t miss out on this excellent opportunity to meet members at a similar stage of their journey, and allay any fears, concerns, or worries you currently have.
